In this course, participants explore The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model by Patrick Lencioni: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Participants then learn about their own tendencies as a teammate and how these tendencies may cause them to engage with the five behaviors. They then dive deep into each behavior and explore how they can personally improve in the needed areas.

  • Learn about one’s personal tendencies as a teammate.
  • Explore each of the five behaviors (trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results) and determine how one can improve in the needed areas.
