Everything DiSC® Management empowers managers to engage, motivate, and develop their teams effectively. This course helps managers deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports, and their own managers through the DiSC® model. It also explores how their unique management style impacts decision-making, time management, and problem-solving. Participants will learn about their natural directing and delegating styles and how these can be adapted to meet the diverse needs of their team members. Additionally, the course offers concrete strategies for adapting to the styles of direct reports, enhancing motivation, and creating a more motivating work environment. 

In this course, participants explore the relationship between emotional intelligence (EQ) and their DiSC styles, delving into how their preferred mindsets align with EQ principles. Course objectives include developing a thorough understanding of one’s EQ strengths and mindsets according to one’s DiSC style, gaining insight into EQ mindsets beyond one’s comfort zone, and learning practical ways to adopt these new mindsets for improved interpersonal dynamics and productivity.

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict harnesses the power of conflict by transforming destructive behaviors into productive responses. This program increases participants’ self-awareness regarding their conflict behaviors and equips them with the skills to navigate the inevitable challenges of workplace conflict effectively. Instead of adhering to a rigid conflict resolution process, it provides personalized techniques to mitigate destructive behaviors, enabling conflicts to become growth opportunities. This approach not only enhances workplace relationships but also drives better results. 

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®

In this course, participants delve into The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model by Patrick Lencioni, which includes Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Participants begin by examining their own tendencies as teammates and how these tendencies influence their interactions with each of the five key behaviors. Through this exploration, they gain a deeper understanding of each behavior and identify personal areas for improvement. 

In this course, participants come together as a team to engage with Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model, which encompasses Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Through collaborative exploration, they examine their individual tendencies as teammates and how these can impact their interactions with the five key behaviors. Gallup CliftonStrengths

This dynamic group coaching session is designed to uncover and leverage participants’ unique strengths using the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment. This immersive session provides a deep dive into the concept of strengths-based development, helping participants enhance their self-awareness and boost productivity. Attendees will learn to appreciate and apply their unique strengths across various aspects of their lives, including their careers, relationships, and personal growth. The experience also focuses on crafting personalized action plans for ongoing strengths development and achieving individual goals. 

This dynamic group coaching session introduces managers to the innovative Gallup Strengths Optimization framework, providing a thorough exploration of strengths-based development. Designed to empower managers to discover, develop, and effectively utilize their strengths and those of their teams, this course aims to enhance performance and engagement.  Key topics include identifying and applying personal strengths in leadership to achieve significant outcomes, boosting team performance by recognizing and cultivating team members’ strengths, and formulating strategies to embed strengths-based leadership into daily management practices. 

This engaging group coaching session is tailored to empower teams and their leaders by utilizing the full potential of Gallup’s StrengthsFinder framework. This enlightening session guides participants through understanding individual and collective strengths. It integrates these insights into daily work to improve team dynamics, drive performance, and cultivate a collaborative, strength-centered workplace culture. This comprehensive exploration helps align tasks with team members’ strengths, set strength-based goals, and adapt leadership styles to nurture a strengths-oriented environment.

Emotional Intelligence - EQi2.0

This workshop focuses on the profound impact of emotional intelligence (EQ) on an individual’s success, particularly within the workplace. It provides participants with a deeper understanding of how their current level of emotional intelligence influences their performance across key areas such as conflict resolution, change management, teamwork, and decision-making. By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed customized strategies and a personal EQ 2.0 learning plan to improve their workplace performance and overall emotional intelligence.

This workshop is designed to enhance participants’ leadership effectiveness by focusing on the role of emotional intelligence (EQ) in leadership. Participants will learn how their current level of emotional intelligence impacts their leadership performance and will be encouraged to develop personalized strategies to enhance their skills based on their leadership effectiveness results. Optionally, a 360 Feedback Report can be integrated to provide comprehensive insights from various perspectives. By the end of the session, participants will have developed a personal EQ 2.0 learning plan to foster effective leadership skills rooted in emotional intelligence.
