This workshop is designed to enhance participants’ leadership effectiveness by focusing on the role of emotional intelligence (EQ) in leadership. Optionally, a 360 Feedback Report can be integrated to provide comprehensive insights from various perspectives. By the end of the session, participants will have developed a personal EQ 2.0 learning plan to foster effective leadership skills rooted in emotional intelligence.
