Christina Eanes

Christina Eanes

founder/leadership development/people enablement strategist

Christina founded Eanes Training in 2014, building on more than fifteen years of public service experience with a California police department and the FBI, where she served in both the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program and as a Unit Chief within the Leadership Development Program. There, she helped design and deliver large-scale leadership initiatives serving thousands of supervisors and executives nationwide. Today, she partners with organizations to strengthen human performance at work through leadership development, executive facilitation, and scalable people enablement systems that translate strategy into measurable results. Christina holds two master’s degrees, including one in Education and Training Performance Improvement, and is certified in MBTI, EQi 2.0, Gallup CliftonStrengths, and Everything DiSC®.

Stephanie Farlow

Before joining Eanes Training, Stephanie was a chronic and infectious disease epidemiologist and leadership instructor with a rich background in analysis and people management. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams within organizations to excel through extensive training programs, group facilitation, coaching, and conducting train-the-trainer sessions. Stephanie is also passionate about languages (currently studying Korean, French, and Spanish), travel, and the arts. Her academic qualifications include a BA in International Politics, an MPH, and graduate certificates in Leadership Coaching and HR Management. She is certified in Everything DiSC and Discovery Insights.

Lori Muhlstein

Lori Muhlstein

Lori has built a successful career in senior management at Verizon Communications, with a diverse background in training, sales, and marketing across telecommunications, government, healthcare, and other sectors. Lori specializes in critical communication skills, which include public speaking, quick thinking, interpersonal interactions, team collaboration, and customer engagement. Drawing from her experience as an actor, director, and improviser, she employs engaging, hands-on activities to enhance learning. Lori holds a BA in Communications, an MPA in Public Management and Healthcare, and is certified in the Strengths Deployment Inventory.
