In this course, participants, as a team, explore The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model by Patrick Lencioni: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Participants then learn about their own tendencies as a teammate and how these tendencies may cause them to engage with the five behaviors. They then dive deep into each behavior as a team and explore how they can work together to improve in the needed areas.

Objectives

  • Introduce The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model.
  • Learn about one’s personal tendencies as a teammate.
  • Explore each of the five behaviors (trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results) and determine how the team can work together in the needed behaviors.
