Success in the workplace requires an environment that encourages employees to share ideas, make mistakes, and ask questions. In this session, participants will learn how to create an environment where their team members feel included, engaged, and encouraged to contribute to their team's success. In addition, participants learn how to intellectually challenge their team members while providing them with psychological/social safety.

- Understand the neurobiology related to social rejection.
- Identify strategies for creating an environment where employees feel accepted and respected enough to share ideas, ask questions, and feel comfortable making mistakes.
