Effective business communication establishes one's credibility in the professional environment. A deep dive into the general topic of business communication would be a semester-long course. In this workshop, participants focus on the interpersonal communication process of business communication to ensure they are communicating with colleagues in an emotionally intelligent manner. Participants learn how to communicate verbally and in written format with cultural intelligence and in a way that increases the likelihood that their message will be received with clarity.
