Procrastination and poor time management lead to missed deadlines, poor performance reviews, and stressed-out individuals, team members, and managers. This interactive and hands-on session introduces participants to the reasons we procrastinate, provides several ways to overcome procrastination, and finally, provides strategies to plan their time effectively. As a result, participants leave this session feeling more in control of their day and empowered to meet their deadlines.
