Adults learn in a vastly different manner than children. Yet many professional training sessions are based on studies of how children best learn, missing out on helping adults acquire new skills effectively. Facilitation is a skill that allows a trainer to help adults connect the new content to their previous experiences and knowledge, thus increasing retention. In this workshop, participants will learn how to prepare and deliver training engaging to adult learners.
