The Basics of Coaching workshop, a prerequisite for Coaching 2.0, guided the participant by understanding what coaching is, having a coaching mindset, active listening and asking questions, and introducing the GROW coaching model. In the Coaching 2.0 course, attendees build on the skills gained through the Basics course by learning how to create the ideal coaching environment; asking quality non-leading, powerful questions; and engaging in specialized coaching techniques such as intruding, acknowledging, challenging, and reframing to help clients gain different perspectives.
